You do not deduct the turnover tax on your purchases. That is not a setting you switch on — it changes what your margin is.

Purchase OB is a cost, not a receivable

Curaçao has no input credit. Bon Buku books the OB on your purchases to account 4910 as a cost, and not as a receivable from the Inspectie that will never arrive.

Your bank reads itself in

Your MCB statement goes in, Bon Buku proposes the entry and you approve it. What you match once, it recognises the next time.

An invoice that is correct

Every required field of art. 44 lid 5, a number without gaps, and the OB in XCG — even on an invoice in dollars.

Your return is ready

Built from your own entries, every figure traceable to where it came from. You copy it into the portal; filing is yours to do.

Bon Buku does not track stock

Your purchases are a cost the moment you book them. If you need stock valuation for your annual accounts, you do that with your accountant.

The OB rates that go with this

These percentages and descriptions come from the same table Bon Buku works your invoices and your return out with.

6% General rate
9% Increased rate

Which rate applies to your turnover depends on what you sell, not on which trade you are in. If in doubt, ask your accountant.
