Bookkeeping practices
Several clients, each behind their own wall, and access that ends by itself when the engagement does.
The separation is in the database
Every client is their own set of books, walled off with row-level security in PostgreSQL. Not a filter in the software that somebody can forget, and the role the application runs as cannot get around it.
Access follows the engagement
You reach a client because there is a running engagement. When it ends, so does the reading — without anybody having to untick a box.
Four roles, twenty actions
Owner, accountant, bookkeeper, viewer. A bookkeeper does the work; an accountant makes it final. Each role has its actions written down, and a refusal works even if somebody goes around the button.
You invite your own colleagues
From your own panel, with a role. You do not need us for that.
What is not there yet
